Lao Cai General Hospital No. 2 standardizes procedures and improves working environment

On October 13 and 14, Lao Cai General Hospital No. 2 coordinated with General Hospital No. 1 to organize the training program "5S in the hospital - Standardizing processes and improving the working environment".

The training class had more than 200 trainees who were heads and deputy heads of centers, departments, offices; head nurses and officers in the hospital quality network.

5S is a method of managing and arranging the workplace including: Sorting - Sorting - Cleaning - Caring - Being Ready. At the program, lecturers from Lao Cai General Hospital No. 1 guided the practice of 5S in the hospital, shared the benefits, implementation steps, and practical experiences.

In addition, the lecturer also introduced how to combine 5S with digital technology in managing drug warehouses, medical supplies, electronic records and human resources.
