On October 11, the Gia Lai Provincial Party Executive Committee issued a press release on the 13th Conference to resolve work within its authority.
At this conference, the Provincial Party Committee decided to issue a disciplinary warning to Mr. Nguyen Tu Son. Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Tu Son, in his position as Director of the Department of Education and Training from April 2018 to October 2020, committed violations and shortcomings in implementing Party regulations and State laws on project procurement and management and use of software at the Department of Education and Training.

Also at the conference, the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee discussed and found that during her tenure as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for the 2015-2020 term, Director of the Department, and account holder of the agency from 2017 to January 2020, Ms. Tran Thi Hoai Thanh had committed violations and shortcomings in the management and use of funding sources and management of basic construction investment at the Department.
Accordingly, the Provincial Party Executive Committee decided to discipline Ms. Tran Thi Hoai Thanh with a reprimand.

The Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee also said that, in her role as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for the 2020-2025 term, Director of the Department, and account holder of the agency (since February 2020), Ms. RCom Sa Duyen had committed violations and shortcomings in the management and use of funding sources, management of basic construction investment and procurement of information technology software projects at the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee decided to discipline Ms. RCom Sa Duyen with a reprimand.
