Previously, at the 42nd Session, the Central Inspection Commission reviewed and concluded the following contents:

Implementing the conclusions and directions of the Central Steering Committee on anti-corruption and negativity, after reviewing the inspection results when there were signs of violations and the review results, proposing disciplinary action against the Party Committee of the Ministry of Finance, the Central Inspection Committee found that: The Party Committee of the Ministry of Finance violated the principle of democratic centralism and working regulations; lacked responsibility, loosened leadership and direction, allowing the Ministry of Finance and a number of organizations and individuals to violate Party regulations and State laws in state management and advising, promulgating mechanisms and policies on issuance and trading of individual corporate bonds, including enterprises belonging to Van Thinh Phat Group and An Dong Group; in state management of the budget related to Tien Bo International Joint Stock Company (AIC) and enterprises in the AIC ecosystem.
