Research delegation of the Academy of Journalism and Communication learns about the development achievements of Quang Ninh province

On the morning of October 3, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission held an information exchange conference with the Field Research Delegation of the Faculty of Political Science, Academy of Journalism and Communication on the outstanding achievements of Quang Ninh province in the period of 2020-2025.

The leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department informed the achievements of Quang Ninh province in the 2020-2025 period to the Field Research Delegation of the Academy of Journalism and Communication.

The Political Science Faculty's field research delegation was given an overview of the Party building work and socio-economic development of Quang Ninh province in the 2020-2025 period by the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.

Accordingly, with the tradition of "Discipline and Unity", in this period, Quang Ninh has comprehensively completed the set goals. The work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system has been deployed synchronously and drastically in all aspects: Politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres. The political system apparatus is arranged in the direction of "streamlining - compactness - strength - efficiency - effectiveness - efficiency", in accordance with the 2-level local government model.

The research delegation from the Faculty of Political Science (Academy of Journalism and Communication) visited the headquarters of the Quang Ninh Newspaper, Radio and Television Agency.

The economy has high and stable growth, with an average 5-year growth rate estimated at 10.4%/year, 1.7 times higher than the national average. GRDP per capita in 2025 is estimated at over 11,000 USD, 2.23 times higher than the national average. Culture, society, and people are given comprehensive attention for development; social security and welfare are guaranteed; national defense and security, order, and social safety are guaranteed; national sovereignty and security of borders and islands are maintained.

The research delegation expressed their impression with the results achieved by Quang Ninh; at the same time, they believed and expected that Quang Ninh would continue to have new breakthroughs in the era of rising up with the nation.

On the same day, the delegation visited the headquarters of the Quang Ninh Newspaper, Radio and Television Agency. The headquarters was built synchronously and modernly, meeting the information tasks of the province, commensurate with the position and role of a modern industrial and service province.
