
According to the Department of Dyke Management and Natural Disaster Prevention, yesterday the provinces of Gia Lai , Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa, and Lam Dong only had scattered rain of less than 30 mm.
This morning, the flood on the Krong Ana River (Dak Lak) at Giang Son at 5am was 2.06 m above the third alarm level; the Ba River at Cung Son was 0.3 m below the second alarm level; the Srepok River was 3.46 m above the third alarm level. The Dinh River ( Khanh Hoa ) at Ninh Hoa was 0.27 m above the third alarm level.
The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that today, the eastern provinces of Quang Ngai to Dak Lak and the northern Khanh Hoa will have widespread rain of 30-60 mm, with some places having over 120 mm. On November 23, Hue and the eastern provinces of Da Nang to Gia Lai will have rain of 30-70 mm, with some areas having over 120 mm.
In the next 24 hours, flood on Krong Ana River will continue to decrease but is still above alert level three; Dinh Ninh Hoa River will fluctuate between alert levels two and three; downstream Ba River at Phu Lam will be at alert level one; Srepok River at Ban Don will still be above alert level three.
