Accordingly, all levels of education from kindergarten to university, vocational education and continuing education will use English fluently, second only to the mother tongue, including students, teachers and administrators.

This is both an opportunity and a challenge, requiring teachers to constantly improve their expertise and teaching methods to help students use English more naturally.

It is estimated that the project will affect about 30 million students and 1 million officials, teachers and employees nationwide, including Quang Ngai.

The Department of Education and Training of Quang Ngai province also guided educational institutions to approach and implement the project, prioritize recruiting English teachers, and combine information technology and facilities to ensure effective teaching. According to the roadmap, by 2030, all schools will teach English as a compulsory subject from grade 1, creating a foundation for making English a second language.
