Lam Dong: Arrested a man who attacked a traffic police officer for no reason while checking alcohol concentration

Although not involved in the violation, Pham Ngoc Ao still loudly cursed and then attacked the Traffic Police force for no reason.

On August 6, the Investigation Police Agency of Lam Dong Province Police announced that it had decided to prosecute and issue an order to temporarily detain Pham Ngoc Ao (42 years old, residing in Ham Thuan Bac commune, Lam Dong province) for the crime of resisting a person performing official duties.

According to the records, at 8:30 p.m. on July 26, the Traffic Police Team of Lam Dong Province Police stopped a motorbike carrying Pham Ngoc Ao to check his alcohol level in Ham Thuan Bac Commune. After checking that the driver had a blood alcohol level, the Traffic Police force proceeded to make a record. At this time, Pham Ngoc Ao, although not involved, loudly quarreled, cursed and suddenly used his hand to attack the Traffic Police officer's face, causing injuries to his lips and teeth.

Immediately after that, the Traffic Police Team controlled Pham Ngoc Ao. After checking, this person also had a blood alcohol concentration. Currently, the Police force is completing the documents to handle Pham Ngoc Ao according to the law.
