In Hanoi , the Traffic Police Department is the unit assigned to organize the implementation of testing and issuing driving licenses to local people. According to Colonel Tran Dinh Nghia, right from the time of receiving the task, the relevant units surveyed and developed a plan to organize the implementation, while proactively preparing the necessary conditions in terms of facilities, staff, vehicles, equipment, and closely coordinating with relevant units under the Department of Construction to quickly and conveniently receive and hand over the testing and issuing of driving licenses to local people.
The test on the morning of June 24 aims to objectively assess the actual capacity of candidates, ensuring that drivers have sufficient knowledge of traffic laws, vehicle control skills and awareness of law compliance when participating in traffic.
According to the records, before entering the cabin to take the driving test, the students were quite nervous because it was the first time they had a traffic police supervisor. However, before starting the test, the police encouraged and guided the candidates to prepare for each step.
