Specifically, according to Mr. Tran Dinh Quan, Director of the Thu Duc City Land Registration Office Branch (under the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City), up to now, this unit has implemented online reception of the entire process with land data information provision records, and partially online with secured transaction records.
Thereby, the processing time for procedures for registering changes in land and assets attached to land due to changes in information about the person granted the pink book (personal documents or address) and confirming changes on the pink book has been reduced from 5 working days to 3 days.
Combine and shorten the processing time for combined mortgage deregistration applications from 2 working days (16 hours) to 1 working day (8 hours).
For all the above procedures, people only need to come to the Branch's One-Stop Department once to submit and receive the pink book after 2 hours. The above solutions also reduce the number of times people come to contact the Branch, helping to save time and travel costs for individuals and organizations, while enhancing transparency, publicity, and reducing harassment.
The branch has also focused on digitizing land archival documents in Thu Duc City that have been backlogged over the years, with 405,950 records (about 1,624 meters of land).
Timely provide documents to agencies and units, especially for compensation and site clearance of Ring Road 2 and Ring Road 3. At the same time, all documents are digitized by the Branch and data is synchronized with the data of the administrative procedure settlement information system of Ho Chi Minh City before returning results directly to land users.
Thu Duc City Land Registration Office Branch effectively uses the "scan file warehouse" function of VBDLIS software to gradually clean land data according to the requirements of Project 06, which is "data must be correct - sufficient - clean - alive" to proactively implement administrative reform solutions at the unit, creating the best service conditions for people and businesses, improving satisfaction index of public services.
According to Mr. Tran Dinh Quan, the above results were achieved thanks to the attention, direction and timely support of the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City to meet the requirements of work on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation in the spirit of Resolution 58-NQ/TW of the Politburo .
