Imbued with the teachings of Uncle Ho.

The six teachings of President Ho Chi Minh to the People's Police serve as ethical standards and guiding principles for every officer and soldier throughout their work. For the female police force of Bac Ninh province, studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings is concretized through specific actions closely linked to practical realities.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Anh Minh, Head of the Women's Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Police, affirmed: "The Women's Association of the Bac Ninh Provincial Police has determined that studying and following the Six Teachings of President Ho Chi Minh should not stop at awareness but must become concrete actions in each position. Every officer and member uses this as a benchmark to train and improve their sense of responsibility and attitude in serving the people."
Following President Ho Chi Minh's teaching: "For work, one must be dedicated," the female police force of Bac Ninh province always strives to successfully complete their professional duties in all areas. Regardless of their position, each officer and soldier demonstrates a spirit of responsibility, initiative, and creativity, contributing to improved overall work efficiency. In recent years, the women of the Bac Ninh Provincial Police have actively participated in emulation movements, administrative reforms, and digital transformation, with many collectives and individuals receiving commendations and awards from various levels. Many models and tasks undertaken by female members have proven effective at the grassroots level, contributing to building the image of a female police officer who is "courageous, responsible, and humane." Many female officers working directly in the public service department have clearly demonstrated a spirit of dedication and responsibility. The image of "The smiling female police officer" is not just a slogan but has become a concrete action, contributing to increased public satisfaction. The spirit of "respect and courtesy towards the people" is clearly demonstrated through specific actions, especially at the grassroots level, where people directly interact with and resolve issues for the public.
Lieutenant Le Thi Nhu Y, an officer in the Thuan Thanh Ward Police Team, shared: "Working directly in the public service department to handle administrative procedures is stressful, but it also brings me much joy and motivation to stay committed to the job. Every day, I and my colleagues receive, guide, and resolve procedures related to the issuance and management of identity cards, electronic identification and authentication, and also address the difficulties people face in accessing technology and digital transformation. The work doesn't stop at office hours but extends to professional reports and assisting people in activating level 2 electronic identification accounts. Despite the great pressure, the most important thing is to maintain a dedicated attitude, listen to, and be close to the people. My colleagues and I always remember Uncle Ho's teachings, especially the spirit of being close to the people, respecting the people, and serving the people, always taking the satisfaction and trust of the people as our guiding principle in our work."
The Women's Association of Thuan Thanh Ward Police has implemented the model "Culturally-Oriented Citizen Reception Point - The Smile of Female Police Officers," contributing to promoting administrative reform, improving service quality, and using citizen satisfaction as a measure of work effectiveness. These specific, simple yet meaningful actions have helped spread the positive image of female police officers. Lieutenant Le Thi Nhu Y recalled a memorable experience assisting an elderly woman living alone in reissuing lost personal documents: "Because of her advanced age and unfamiliarity with the procedures, she was very worried. After reassuring her, I diligently guided and helped her complete the paperwork quickly. When she received her documents back, she was moved and expressed her gratitude. That moment made me even more proud and passionate about my work."
Mr. Le Xuan Thuc, a resident of Thuan Thanh ward, commented: "The female police officers here are very enthusiastic, approachable, and provide thoughtful guidance to the people. Many elderly people I know have tried to complete electronic procedures, but the dedicated support from the officers has made things much easier and more reassuring."
Building an image of "courage, humanity, and service to the people."

The female police officers of Bac Ninh also actively participate in social welfare activities, clearly demonstrating a humane spirit and responsibility towards the community. The activities of the Women's Association are always focused on the grassroots level, concentrating on supporting those in difficult circumstances, contributing to spreading the image of female police officers who are close to the people and serve the people. Models such as "Godmother," "Livelihood Support," and "Accompanying Women in Difficult Circumstances" have brought practical results, helping many families stabilize their lives; thereby contributing to strengthening the people's trust in the police force.
Following the teaching "Towards colleagues, one must be kind and helpful," the Women's Association of the Bac Ninh Provincial Police always focuses on building an environment of solidarity and mutual support for progress. Training and development of female officers are prioritized, creating conditions for them to develop their abilities and strengths; actively participating in digital transformation and applying technology in their professional work, meeting the requirements of the new situation.
Colonel Nguyen Quoc Vuong, Deputy Director of the Bac Ninh Provincial Police, highly appreciated the role of female police officers in the province in community activities. The Party Committee and leadership of the Provincial Police determined that promoting the role of female police officers in implementing the Six Teachings of President Ho Chi Minh must be linked to the "Three Best" emulation movement, political and professional tasks, especially administrative reform, digital transformation, and improving the quality of service to the people. The Provincial Police will continue to promote training and development of digital skills, administrative communication skills, and improve the professional level of female officers, replicate effective models and initiatives, and promptly commend and reward outstanding collectives and individuals. In the current digital transformation era, building the image of female police officers as "courageous, humane, and serving the people" is not only reflected in their sense of responsibility, closeness to the people, and dedication, but also in their ability to adapt to and master technology and digital skills.

Lieutenant Le Thi Nhu Y, an officer in the Thuan Thanh Ward Police Team, shared: “I always tell myself that I must constantly strive to improve myself, participate in the movement 'Women in the People's Police studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh,' and contribute to spreading the beautiful image of the police force at the grassroots level – responsible, dedicated, and humane.”
In the coming time, the Women's Association of the Provincial Public Security Department will continue to promote emulation movements linked to professional duties, building the image of female police officers who are both courageous and humane, meeting the requirements of building a regular, elite, and modern force. Through specific and practical actions, the female police officers of Bac Ninh province are spreading the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho into their work and lives. Not only do they successfully complete their professional duties, but these female officers also serve as a bridge, continuing to uphold traditions, striving to contribute, and helping to maintain peace and security, worthy of the people's trust and affection.
