Learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's example through concrete actions, trade unions at all levels in the province have developed many practical models, contributing to caring for workers and serving the community.

Dr. Tran Van Loi, Director of An Giang Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital and Chairman of the Provincial Young Doctors Association, is a shining example contributing to the widespread dissemination of the image of doctors learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings. As the head of the unit, he is always dedicated to the health of the people, effectively implementing electronic medical records, many advanced techniques, and organizing free medical examinations and medication programs for people in difficult circumstances. Dr. Tran Van Loi stated that to effectively implement the learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, the leader must have a correct understanding, transform understanding into a plan, the plan into action, and the action into measurable results. At the same time, they must effectively fulfill their role as a role model, be thorough, impartial, willing to take responsibility, respect the collective, and listen to the people to build trust and motivation within the unit.

Promoting the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, the Trade Union of Kien Giang College of Education has implemented many practical models to enhance professional ethics, self-study spirit, and creativity among lecturers and students. Ms. Lam Thi Thanh, President of the Trade Union of Kien Giang College of Education, stated: “The school's trade union focuses on caring for the material and spiritual lives of its members and employees through support activities and charitable programs. The trade union affirms its role as an important bridge between the Party and its members and employees, contributing to the sustainable development of the school.”

The Trade Union of Kien Giang College of Education and Dr. Tran Van Loi represented the collectives and individuals awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial Federation of Labor for their outstanding achievements in studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh during the 2023-2025 period. Mr. Do Tran Thinh, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Kien Giang Province and Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, shared that over the past five years, trade unions at all levels in the province have continuously strived to innovate the content and methods of their activities; making the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh a regular task, linked to each emulation movement, professional task, and specific action of cadres, union members, and workers. It is commendable that over time, the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh has become increasingly profound, widespread, and enduring. "Many union members and workers realize that learning from and following Uncle Ho begins with doing their jobs well, living responsibly towards the community, and showing love and dedication with all sincerity," said Mr. Do Tran Thinh.

Through studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, many activities caring for union members and workers have been implemented practically and effectively. Annually, over 110,000 union members and workers receive support and care with a total budget of nearly 100 billion VND; tens of thousands of union members benefit from welfare programs; and hundreds of union-sponsored homes have been built and renovated. The "Excellent Worker, Creative Worker" movement continues to develop strongly, with many valuable initiatives and solutions emerging, contributing to increased labor productivity, production and business efficiency, and affirming the role of the working class in the new era.

In the coming period, the Provincial Federation of Labor will continue to make the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings a regular practice in trade union activities, linking it with the task of caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers. The study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings must be demonstrated through concrete actions, a sense of responsibility, a service-oriented attitude towards the people, and effective daily work. The entire provincial trade union organization will promote the patriotic emulation movement among workers, civil servants, and employees; creating an environment for union members to develop initiatives, improve technical skills, and enhance labor productivity and work quality.

Trade union organizations continue to build a team of capable, responsible, dedicated, and close-to-member trade union officials, truly serving as a bridge between the organization and workers. Alongside this, emphasis is placed on identifying, nurturing, and replicating advanced models, effective practices, and successful approaches so that the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings can have a widespread impact throughout the entire trade union system.
