Learning from and following Uncle Ho's teachings through simple and practical actions, Vinh An commune is increasingly seeing the emergence of many good models and exemplary advanced individuals in various fields, spreading strongly throughout the community and deeply permeating social life.

According to Bui Cong Phuoc, Secretary of the Party Committee of Vinh An commune, the commune's Party Committee has focused on implementing the Politburo 's Directive No. 05-CT/TW on promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style, in conjunction with the implementation of Central and provincial resolutions on Party building and the local political tasks. Based on their functions and responsibilities, the subordinate Party branches and committees, as well as Party members, have registered specific actions to study and emulate President Ho Chi Minh through practical deeds that are appropriate to the characteristics of their respective agencies, units, and work tasks. The subordinate Party branches and committees have also paid attention to innovating and improving the quality and effectiveness of propaganda and the dissemination of thematic content on Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style through various rich and diverse forms.

Following President Ho Chi Minh's example of "being close to the people," the Standing Committee of the Vinh An Commune Party Committee implemented the "Going to every alley, knowing every house" model, with 213 self-governing groups, including 112 Party members, Youth Union members, and association members, as well as core forces participating in their management. Accordingly, each hamlet assigns Party members and individuals to be in charge of 1-3 groups to thoroughly understand each house and neighboring household, and to have a comprehensive overview of the situation in their managed area. The model has been maintained and expanded, contributing to the innovation of mass mobilization methods, improving the effectiveness of propaganda work, and creating consensus among the people. Ms. Nguyen Thi Muoi - Head of the Front Committee and Head of the Women's Association in Vinh Thanh hamlet, said: "Having a firm grasp of the area and households helps the local government to promptly support and assist people when needed, as well as proactively prevent complex issues related to security, order, and social evils. Many incidents are detected early and handled promptly at the grassroots level, limiting the number of complaints and petitions that are escalated or prolonged."

Following President Ho Chi Minh's example, Vinh An commune prioritizes social welfare, rural development, and caring for the poor through various means. These practical and effective actions have fostered a spirit of solidarity and mutual support, improving the lives of the people. Many individuals and groups readily contribute their efforts and resources alongside the local government to implement social welfare projects, helping each other overcome difficulties and escape poverty, thus enhancing the "good people, good deeds" garden in the locality. Community models such as "Funeral Expense Support," "Green House," "Sharing Love from the Heart," and charitable house-building groups have been effectively implemented by socio-political organizations, diversifying social welfare work and improving the effectiveness of caring for the people's lives.

According to Bui Nguyen Thi Anh Nguyet, Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Vinh An commune, the "Gathering from the Heart, Sharing Love" model, implemented by the union in coordination with the Thien Duyen group, was launched at the end of 2021 and has been maintained to this day. "In addition to their monthly contributions, members actively promote, mobilize, and 'gather' to share love. From the funds raised, they purchase essential goods to send to those in need in the commune. This meaningful model also helps those who are struggling, sick, or in distress, spreading love every day," Ms. Nguyet shared.

Along with propaganda and mobilization efforts, models such as "Beautiful Flower-lined Village Roads," "Solar-powered Lights," "5-in-1 Street Lights," and "Campaigns for Waste Collection and Sorting at Source"... have been implemented, creating consensus among the people. Mr. Tran Van Hung, residing in Vinh Quoi hamlet, happily shared: "The local government encouraged the installation of rural streetlights, and I immediately supported it because this not only facilitates convenient travel for people at night but also contributes to reducing traffic accidents and theft."

Mr. Bui Cong Phuoc stated that the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style have been concretized by the Party branches and committees throughout the commune through specific and practical actions, becoming a vibrant emulation movement spreading throughout society. Good models and effective methods have received high consensus among the people, ensuring social welfare and contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality. “In the coming time, the Vinh An Commune Party Committee will continue to lead and direct the effective implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW in conjunction with Party building and the construction of a strong political system. At the same time, we will promote widespread and regular dissemination of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style through various rich and vivid forms so that cadres, Party members, and the people can study and emulate them through specific and practical actions,” Mr. Bui Cong Phuoc shared.
