Regarding the election results for People's Council representatives at all levels, the full number of representatives elected has been determined according to regulations. Specifically, the Lang Son Provincial People's Council elected 50 out of 50 representatives; and the commune-level People's Council elected 1,271 out of 1,271 representatives. There were no electoral units or polling areas requiring re-elections or additional elections; and no electoral units or polling areas had their election results annulled due to serious legal violations.

This year's election day in Lang Son province was particularly special as it coincided with the final day of the Ky Cung-Ta Phu Temple Festival (the largest festival in Lang Son province). However, the province still effectively organized all the necessary activities for this major national event.

In the election for deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels in Lang Son province for the 2026-2031 term, the entire province has 1,419/1,419 polling stations, with a total of 615,541 voters.

The election facilities were fully provided by the election committees at all levels. All polling stations were equipped with loudspeakers, radios, signs, information boards, tables, chairs, partitions, pens, and other necessary amenities in a reasonable manner, meeting the requirements.

Public opinion is generally stable and positive. The majority of voters have expressed their agreement with and confidence in the preparations and the list of candidates.
