(1) In his congratulatory message, King Maha Vajiralongkorn of Thailand affirmed that over the past four decades, the strategic partnership between the two countries has continued to develop well both bilaterally and within the framework of ASEAN. The King believes that, under the leadership of the President, the two countries will continue to maintain close cooperation to further strengthen the friendly neighborly relationship between Vietnam and Thailand, for the benefit, development and prosperity of the people of the two countries.

In their congratulatory letters, President of the Republic of Singapore Tharman Shanmugaratnam and Speaker of the Singaporean Parliament Seah Kian Peng affirmed that the strategic partnership between the two countries is developing increasingly deeply in many areas from trade, investment, security, defense, to human resource development; at the same time, expanding cooperation to new areas such as renewable energy, digital transformation, carbon credits and innovation. The two Singaporean leaders also expressed their desire to continue to coordinate more closely to bring the Vietnam-Singapore relationship to new heights.
On this occasion, the President and Speaker of the National Assembly of Singapore invited President To Lam and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man to visit Singapore at a suitable time.

Founder and Chairman of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Klaus Schwab sent a congratulatory letter to President To Lam and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man.
