Leaders of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions visit representative schools and dignitaries

On August 21, a working delegation led by Danh Lam, Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of An Giang province, visited and presented gifts to outstanding dignitaries and prestigious people among ethnic minorities in the province.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to the summer schools at Ca Nhung Pagoda (Dinh Hoa Commune), Tam Bao Pagoda (Rach Gia Ward), Soc Xoai Pagoda (My Thuan Commune), Buu Son Pagoda (Tan Hiep Commune); the Representative Board of the Cao Dai Tay Ninh Holy See in Kien Giang Province (old); Most Venerable Danh Dong, Standing Member of the Executive Council, Chairman of the Provincial Association for Solidarity of Patriotic Monks and Nuns; Most Venerable Danh Lan, Member of the Executive Council, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Association for Solidarity of Patriotic Monks and Nuns.

At the places visited, comrade Danh Lam informed the worshiping establishments and dignitaries about the potential and advantages of the new An Giang province and affirmed that in the development process, the province always pays attention to and creates favorable conditions for religions to operate in accordance with the law, promote cultural and spiritual values, accompany the nation, and contribute to strengthening the great national unity bloc.
