Lam Dong provincial leaders visit heroes and martyrs at Dak Nong Martyrs Cemetery

Delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province offered flowers to pay tribute to heroes and martyrs at Dak Nong Martyrs Cemetery on the morning of July 25.

The working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, led by Comrade Luu Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, conducted a ceremony to pay tribute to heroes and martyrs at Dak Nong Martyrs Cemetery.

Comrade Luu Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, performed the ceremony of adjusting the wreath offered to heroes and martyrs.

Attending the funeral were comrades: Le Trong Yen, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ha Thi Hanh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; former leaders of the old Dak Nong province through the periods; leaders of Bac Gia Nghia, Dong Gia Nghia and Nam Gia Nghia wards.

Delegates observed a minute of silence to commemorate the contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and heroes and martyrs.

At the memorial service, in a solemn atmosphere, provincial leaders and delegates respectfully offered flowers and incense at the Memorial at Dak Nong Martyrs Cemetery. At the same time, incense was burned at each grave of the heroes and martyrs.

Mr. Yen — Comrade Le Trong Yen, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (in a suit) burned incense at the mass grave of martyrs who died in Quang Truc commune.

The ceremony to pay tribute to heroes and martyrs is a regular activity on important occasions of the province and the country. This is an opportunity for the Party Committee, government and people of Lam Dong province to commemorate the great President Ho Chi Minh - the founder, leader and trainer of our Party, to express respect and gratitude to the heroes, martyrs, comrades and compatriots who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, building and firmly defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

To be worthy of the noble sacrifices of heroes and martyrs, in recent times, the Party Committee, government and people of Lam Dong have united and strived to develop the province more and more; at the same time, they have paid more attention to and taken care of policy beneficiaries and families with revolutionary contributions, keeping the morality of "remembering the source of water when drinking".
