The training course was attended by 45 female entrepreneurs, business owners and business households in the tourism and service sector. This activity is part of the project “Enhancing the competitiveness of women-owned enterprises in the digital economy ”, contributing to equipping Lao Cai women with the necessary knowledge and skills in the digital transformation process, improving their ability to integrate into domestic and international markets.
Lecturers share useful knowledge with students
During the training, trainees learned knowledge together, shared practical experiences, practiced skills in using online marketing tools to effectively reach customers, and at the same time improved awareness and skills in information security, ensuring sustainable development for businesses.
Ms. Ly May Pham, owner of Homestay Nui Da Ta Phin, in Ta Phin commune, said: “Participating in this course is very useful for us, helping us improve our skills in introducing and promoting products on digital platforms more effectively. From there, we have the opportunity to reach many potential customers who know about the products and services of our facility and our locality.”

The activity is a testament to the accompanying role of the Lao Cai Provincial Women's Union in the journey of supporting women in starting a business - developing - integrating. Not only stopping at being business owners, Lao Cai women are increasingly confident, brave, ready to integrate, and actively contributing to the socio-economic development of the province and the country. This is also an important step to affirm the determination to raise the level of digital knowledge, affirming the image of Vietnamese women in the new era: knowledgeable, ethical, responsible for family, society and the Fatherland.
