Seven inspection teams have been established to address obstacles related to key transportation projects.

On March 1st, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed decisions establishing seven inspection teams to review and resolve difficulties and obstacles related to key transportation projects scheduled for completion in 2025, aiming to achieve the target of 3,000km of expressways.

These inspection teams are tasked with checking progress, urging progress, resolving difficulties and obstacles, and addressing bottlenecks in material supply to ensure the progress and quality of projects completed by 2025, aiming to achieve the target of 3,000 km of expressways.

Specifically, in Decision No. 486/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister established Inspection Team No. 1, headed by Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh; Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Viet Hung as Deputy Head; and members including leaders from the Ministries and sectors: Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Industry and Trade, the Government Office, and leaders of the People's Committees of the provinces and cities of Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, and Phu Yen .

Inspection Team No. 01 will conduct inspections of the following projects: Hoa Lien-Tuy Loan, Quang Ngai -Hoai Nhon, Hoai Nhon-Quy Nhon, and Quy Nhon-Chi Thanh.

In Decision No. 487/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister established Inspection Team No. 2, headed by Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung; Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Xuan Sang as Deputy Head; and members including leaders from the Ministries and sectors of Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Industry and Trade, the Government Office, and leaders of the People's Committees of the provinces of Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, and Quang Tri.

Inspection Team No. 2 will conduct inspections of the following projects: Bai Vot-Ham Nghi, Ham Nghi-Vung Ang, Vung Ang-Bung, Bung-Van Ninh, and Van Ninh-Cam Lo.

In Decision No. 488/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister established Inspection Team No. 03, headed by Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long; Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Viet Hung as Deputy Head; and members including leaders from the Ministries and sectors of Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Industry and Trade, and the Government Office; and leaders from the People's Committees of Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, and Dak Lak provinces.

Inspection Team No. 03 will conduct inspections of the following projects: Chi Thanh-Van Phong, Van Phong-Nha Trang, Component Project 1 and Component Project 3 of the Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot Project.

In Decision No. 489/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister established Inspection Team No. 4, headed by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha; Deputy Minister of Construction Pham Minh Ha as Deputy Head; and members including leaders from the Ministries and sectors of Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Industry and Trade, and the Government Office; and leaders of the People's Committees of the provinces and cities of Can Tho, Hau Giang, Bac Lieu, Kien Giang, Ca Mau, and Dong Thap.

Inspection Team No. 4 will conduct inspections of the following projects: Can Tho-Hau Giang, Hau Giang-Ca Mau, Cao Lanh-Lo Te, Lo Te-Rach Soi, and Cao Lanh-An Huu (Component Project 1 in Dong Thap province).

In Decision No. 490/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister established Inspection Team No. 5, headed by Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son; Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Viet Hung as Deputy Head; and members including leaders from the Ministries and sectors of Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Industry and Trade, and the Government Office; and leaders of the People's Committees of the provinces of Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Lang Son, and Cao Bang.

Inspection Team No. 5 will conduct inspections of the following projects: Tuyen Quang-Ha Giang section through Ha Giang province, Tuyen Quang-Ha Giang section through Tuyen Quang province, Dong Dang-Tra Linh, and Huu Nghi-Chi Lang.

In Decision No. 491/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister established Inspection Team No. 6, headed by Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc; Deputy Minister of Construction Bui Xuan Dung as Deputy Head; and members including leaders from the Ministries and sectors of Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Industry and Trade, and the Government Office; leaders of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of Long An, Dong Nai, and Ba Ria-Vung Tau.

Inspection Team No. 06 will conduct inspections of the following projects: Ben Luc-Long Thanh; Component Project 1, Component Project 2, and Component Project 3 of the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway Project.

In Decision No. 492/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister established Inspection Team No. 7, headed by Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh; Deputy Minister of Construction Bui Xuan Dung as Deputy Head; and members including leaders from the Ministries and sectors of Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Industry and Trade, and the Government Office; and leaders from the People's Committees of Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of Dong Nai, Binh Duong, and Long An.

Inspection Team No. 7 will conduct inspections of the following projects: Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project (Component Projects 1, 3, 5, and 7).

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested that the inspection teams report the results of their inspections to the Prime Minister before March 15, 2025.
