On the morning of July 30, the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize a training course to improve the capacity of staff working in new rural construction in Ha Tinh .

The training course aims to strengthen state management of the system of grassroots cultural and sports institutions; improve the quality of cultural families and cultural residential areas in new rural construction; improve the quality and efficiency of communal cultural and sports centers, cultural houses and sports areas in villages and residential groups; foster and improve knowledge of management and organization of some cultural and artistic activities in villages and residential groups.
