The training course aims to strengthen state management of the system of grassroots cultural and sports institutions; improve the quality of cultural families and cultural residential areas in new rural construction; improve the quality and efficiency of communal cultural and sports centers, cultural houses and sports areas in villages and residential groups; foster and improve knowledge of management and organization of a number of cultural and artistic activities in villages and residential groups.
