Symphonic Anime Music Festival Officially Comes to Vietnam

For the first time, fans of Japanese Anime music will have the opportunity to enjoy a special art program for two nights (September 6-7, 2023) at the Hanoi Opera House and one night (September 8, 2023) at the Hoa Binh Theater in Ho Chi Minh City.

Symphonic Anime by Thailand Symphony Orchestra.

Symphonic Anime is one of the most famous concerts of the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra. Taking place in Thailand last March, the Symphonic Anime concert sold out with a huge audience of nearly 4,000 music lovers and fans. With music associated with famous Japanese anime series such as: Death Note, Sword Art Online, Fairy Tail, My Hero Academia, One Punchman, Hunter x Hunter, Naruto, How'l Moving Castle, Attack on Titan, Inuyasha, Spirited Away, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann and Demon Slayer.

Coming to Vietnam for the first time, more than 100 members of the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra and 4 composers will bring an exciting musical experience.

Composers from Japan will appear and interact with music lovers as special guests. They are Kaoru Wada (Inuyasha), Taku Iwasaki (Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann), Yasuharu Takanashi (Fairy Tail), Yuki Hayashi (My Hero Academia). Specifically, the music night on September 6-7 in Hanoi will have the participation of composer Kaoru Wada, and the night on September 8 in Ho Chi Minh City will have the participation of all 4 guests.

“Symphonic Anime 2023 Vietnam Arc” is led by the talented young conductor of the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra Thanapol Setabrahamana, who is currently the assistant music director of the orchestra and the leader of the orchestra’s conducting team. His love for Japanese Anime films is a strong inspiration and motivation for the conductor to compose, conduct and arrange the works that will be performed in this special debut at “Vietnam Arc”.

Accompanying the conductor and the Thailand Symphony Orchestra is guest singer Nan Sathida, a beautiful and very successful and famous woman in Thailand in the musical field.

Accompanying the Thailand Symphony Orchestra and talented artists in this series of programs, 54 Entertainment is a producer from Thailand in collaboration with the Saigon Philharmonic Orchestra. The series of experiential events takes place on September 6 and 7 at the Hanoi Opera House and September 8 at the Ho Chi Minh City Peace Theater.
