On the evening of October 12 (August 21, At Ty year) at Kiep Bac Temple in the Con Son - Kiep Bac Special National Relic Site, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hai Phong City, the Seal Opening and Seal Granting Ceremony of Kiep Bac Temple took place. This is a unique traditional cultural activity at the annual Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival.

Kiep Bac Temple worships Hung Dao Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan, a military genius and national hero, who was awarded the title of Quoc Cong Tiet Che by King Tran and worshiped by the people as Cuu Thien Vu De.

Kiep Bac Temple still preserves 4 seals of Saint Hung Dao Dai Vuong, including: "Tran Trieu Hung Dao Vuong Chi An" (Seal of Hung Dao Vuong of Tran Dynasty); "Quoc Phap Dai Vuong" (Seal of Quoc Phap Dai Vuong); "Van Duoc Linh Phu" (Sacred seal of Van Duoc Temple); "Phi Thien Than Kiem Linh Phu" (Sacred seal of Phi Thien Than Kiem).

The Kiep Bac Temple seals are rare treasures associated with spiritual culture, expressing the belief in love and respect for the saints who saved the country, and at the same time expressing the people's desire to live in peace and happiness.
