The Miss Vietnam Ethnic Tourism Contest 2025 was held for the first time, with the mission of honoring the beauty, intelligence and bravery of women from 54 ethnic groups, in a blend of tradition and modernity. This is a special cultural activity to promote the cultural values, tourism and national identity of Vietnam to international friends.

At the press conference, the crown for the new Miss named Purple Bauhinia was announced, becoming the center of attention.

The Miss Vietnam Ethnic Tourism 2025 crown is inspired by the Northwest mountains and forests.

The name Purple Ban Flower was chosen from the image of a typical flower of the Northwest mountains and forests - a symbol of the pure beauty, loyalty and strong vitality of Vietnamese women.

The design of the crown is inspired by the blooming Bauhinia flower in the mountains and the image of the phoenix, a blend of softness and power. In the center is a stylized phoenix head, cleverly combined with blooming purple Bauhinia flower petals, symbolizing the love, pride and gentle beauty of ethnic girls.

From that highlight, the motifs rise high like phoenix wings flying in the sky, expressing the aspiration to rise, the pride and enduring vitality of Vietnamese national culture.

The base of the crown is shaped like winding terraced fields, symbolizing the diligence, creativity and spirit of harmony with nature of the highland people. On a brilliant precious metal background, the purple-pink stones evoke the color of Bauhinia flowers in the Northwest sunset, carrying a message of faith, love and enduring courage.

The crown not only helps the new Miss shine with her beauty and intelligence, but also contributes to spreading love for her homeland, national pride and the desire to bring the image of Vietnam to the world .

After the crown was announced, the contestants entered the preliminary round, introduced themselves and answered the judges' interview questions. The contestants showed their investment in preparing their costumes and demeanor quite neatly. Many contestants researched quite thoroughly, showing the beauty of their national identity, convincing the judges about the beauty of their nation and their hometown.

After the Preliminary Round, the Organizing Committee will select 30 contestants to enter the "Common House" and participate in four reality TV episodes, filmed in Moc Chau. Final Miss Vietnam Ethnic Tourism 2025 expected to take place in mid-November in Moc Chau, Son La .
