EPC Contract Signing Ceremony: Package No. 1 of the Project to Invest in Repairing, Renovating and Upgrading the Sulfur Recovery System to Acid

On the afternoon of October 1 in Ninh Binh province, the Joint Venture of PTSC Quang Ngai Petroleum Services Joint Stock Company (PTSC Quang Ngai), Keyon Process Co., Ltd and Megarig Industries Co., Ltd solemnly performed the EPC Contract Signing Ceremony: Package No. 1 Design - Procurement of materials, equipment - Construction of works under the Investment Project for repair, renovation and upgrading of the sulfur recovery system to acid with the Investor - Ninh Binh Fertilizer One Member Co., Ltd. This event marked the beginning of strategic cooperation between the contractor and the investor, and at the same time affirmed the capacity of the Joint Venture in the field of design - construction of industrial works, especially chemical and fertilizer projects. The ceremony had the presence of representatives of the Board of Directors of both sides: on the Investor side, there was Mr. Nguyen Viet Hien - General Director of Ninh Binh Fertilizer One Member Co., Ltd., along with representatives of the Board of Directors of the Company and functional Departments; On the side of the contractor consortium, there was the participation of Mr. Le Hong Phong - Director of PTSC Quang Ngai, Mr. Khoa Nang Cong - General Director of Megarig Industries Co., Ltd. The parties officially signed, demonstrating their commitment to implementing the project on schedule, with quality and efficiency.

According to the awarded contract, the Joint Venture will carry out the full package: design - procurement of materials, equipment - construction (EPC) for the project: Investment in repair, renovation and upgrading of the sulfur recovery system to acid. The scope of work includes many items of design and construction to complete the H2S treatment line including: technological and auxiliary pipeline systems, steel structures, product tanks and especially main equipment such as furnaces, boilers, heat exchangers, conversion towers, condensers, absorbers, gas washing... according to high standards suitable for chemical projects.

The Investor - Ninh Binh Fertilizer Company highly appreciated the capacity of the Joint Venture, believing that the project would be successfully implemented, contributing to improving the economic efficiency of the Factory through the recovery and reuse of sulfur from exhaust gas and ensuring compliance with the conditions and standards on environmental protection. The event of winning the contract for the PTSC Quang Ngai - Keyon - Megarig Joint Venture to officially undertake the EPC contract: Package No. 1 of the Investment Project for repairing, renovating and upgrading the sulfur recovery system to acid has further affirmed the technical capacity, organizational ability, management experience and implementation of industrial complexes of each member of the Joint Venture, at the same time opening up many new cooperation opportunities in the future for Vietnamese enterprises with international partners on large-scale industrial projects.
