The Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ngai province, the authorities of Nghia Lo ward, Dong Son commune and family held a memorial service for comrade Hoang Ngoc Tran, former member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, member of the Communist Party of Vietnam with 58 years of Party membership.

On the morning of August 18, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ngai province, the authorities of Nghia Lo ward, Dong Son commune and family held a memorial service for comrade Hoang Ngoc Tran, former member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, member of the Communist Party of Vietnam with 58 years of Party membership.

Attending the funeral were Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Cao Phuc; Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Y Thi Bich Tho; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phuoc Hien; former provincial leaders, leaders of departments, branches, units, localities, friends and family.

At exactly 6:00 a.m., the funeral was held at his home in Nghia Lo Ward, in a solemn and emotional atmosphere. Comrade Y Thi Bich Tho, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Deputy Head of the Funeral Committee, read the eulogy, affirming that throughout his life of revolutionary activities, Comrade Hoang Ngoc Tran always upheld the qualities of a Party member, devotedly serving the Party, the State and the People.

Comrade Hoang Ngoc Tran was born on February 2, 1942 in Binh Thanh Dong Commune, Binh Son District (now Dong Son Commune), residing in Nghia Lo Ward, Quang Ngai Province. Joining the revolution in 1966, joining the Party in 1967, he held many positions: Deputy Director of Nghia Binh Fisheries Department, Secretary of Tu Nghia District Party Committee, Director of Quang Ngai Fisheries Department, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. At the age of 84, 58 years of Party membership, he was awarded many noble awards by the Party and State such as the Third Class Anti-American Resistance Medal, Second Class Labor Medal, 55-year Party membership badge and many other awards and medals. After a period of illness, despite the devoted treatment of his family and doctors, he passed away at 1:05 p.m. on August 14, 2025 (June 21, At Ty year), at the age of 84.

In infinite grief, provincial leaders, representatives of agencies, organizations, families and friends offered incense and bid farewell to comrade Hoang Ngoc Tran, who devoted his entire life to the revolutionary cause and national construction.
