For her first time performing in Vietnam, Lee Hyori took the opportunity to practice yoga in a green space, drink iced milk coffee, and eat vegetarian food in Ho Chi Minh City.
On November 5, Korean singer Lee Hyori performed at a music festival in Ho Chi Minh City. This was Lee Hyori’s first time performing in Vietnam after more than 20 years of working in the arts. Before going on stage, the singer spent time exploring peaceful corners of Saigon.
On her personal page, Lee Hyori posted a photo of herself attending a yoga class in a green space in Thao Dien, Thu Duc City - a place where many foreigners live in Ho Chi Minh City. The singer shared, "This yoga garden has a lot of lush green trees and I am very happy to relax in this class."

Lee Hyori also posted a photo exploring Alley 28 Thao Dien, a familiar check-in spot for Saigon youth. The alley is home to restaurants, cafes, clothing stores, and handicraft shops, designed in a wooden house style, surrounded by lush green trees.
The "10 Minutes" singer took advantage of her short time in Vietnam to enjoy local cuisine like a local. The singer did not forget to show off a picture of her milk coffee and drinking it right at a roadside stall. She also posted a picture of vegetarian food enjoyed at a vegetarian restaurant in alley 28 Thao Dien. The rest of the time, the singer spent going to the spa to relax after the show.
In posts on her personal page, many Vietnamese fans commented and expressed their excitement when the female singer had "green" and "local" travel experiences. Lee Hyori even posted a picture of a roadside altar in Ho Chi Minh City and expressed her interest in local culture.
Before coming to Vietnam, Lee Hyori also often traveled to immerse herself in nature. She also loves plants, is a vegetarian, and participates in activities that help relax the mind such as meditation and yoga.
Not only Lee Hyori, many Korean stars have traveled to Vietnam and posted photos on their personal pages. In June, Taeyang, a member of the Big Bang group, visited Da Nang City to perform and shared his experience of enjoying pho at a local sidewalk restaurant.
