On March 21, at Ly Thuong Kiet Primary and Secondary School (Yen My), the Provincial Children's House coordinated with the Department of Education and Training of Yen My district to organize the 2025 Hung Yen Province Folk Games Festival. The festival was attended by 120 students from 12 primary schools; secondary schools; primary and secondary schools in Yen My district, participating in 5 folk games: tug of war, bridge crossing, sack jumping, blindfolded drumming and hopscotch.
At the end of the festival, the first prize in the two blindfolded drumming and sack jumping events was awarded to the team of Ly Thuong Kiet Primary and Secondary School; the first prize in the bridge crossing event went to Nguyen Van Linh Primary and Secondary School; Hoan Long Primary and Secondary School won the first prize in the tug of war event; Yen My 1 Town Primary School won the first prize in the mandarin square game.
