A series of universities update new addresses after 2-level government arrangement

From July 1, after merging provinces and cities and operating a 2-level model, the addresses of universities across the country will change.

Hanoi University of Science and Technology announced that from July 1, the school's main headquarters will be No. 1 Dai Co Viet, Bach Mai Ward, Hanoi. The school's old address was No. 1 Dai Co Viet, Bach Khoa Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi. Established in 1956, Hanoi University of Science and Technology is the first technical training school in Vietnam, and is also a multidisciplinary and multi-field training and scientific and technological research center; closely combining training with scientific research to create high-quality human resources and foster scientific and technological talents. The University of Commerce also updated its address from 79 Ho Tung Mau, Mai Dich Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi to 79 Ho Tung Mau, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi. In 2025, the school announced admission by 5 methods: direct admission, priority admission; admission by high school graduation exam scores 22025; admission by competency/thinking assessment test scores; admission combined with foreign language certificates; admission combined with excellent student awards. The Banking Academy was established under Decision No. 30/1998/QD-TTg dated February 9, 1998 of the Prime Minister on the basis of reorganizing the Banking Training and Scientific Research Center, officially becoming a State training and scientific research organization in the banking sector.
