According to the 2025 enrollment plan, Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 enrolls more than 4,000 students for 26 training majors (more than double the total enrollment compared to last year) through enrollment methods, including:

  • Direct admission and priority admission;
  • Consider high school graduation exam scores;
  • Review transcripts;
  • Consider the competency assessment test scores of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City National Universities, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City Pedagogical Universities;
  • Consider independent exam scores organized by the school...

With the method of considering transcripts, the school calculates the academic scores of semester 1 and semester 2 of grade 12. Admission score is calculated according to the formula: Admission score = Average score of Subject 1 + Average score of Subject 2 + Average score of Subject 3 + Priority score.

In which, Average score of Subject 1,2,3 = (Semester 1 score + Semester score)/2.

The school will consider admission based on the principle of taking from high to low until the quota of the admission major is full. Admission scores are taken to 2 decimal places. If many candidates have the same admission score, use the secondary criteria to consider in order of preference from high to low (preference 1 is the highest preference).

Ho Chi Minh City University of Education uses the admission method combining academic records with specialized competency assessment test scores for admission in 2025, applicable to the following majors: Mathematics Pedagogy, Informatics Pedagogy, Information Technology, Physics Pedagogy, Physics Pedagogy, Chemistry Pedagogy, Chemistry, Biology Pedagogy, Literature Pedagogy, Literature, Vietnamese Studies, English Pedagogy, English Language, Chinese Pedagogy, Chinese Language, French Pedagogy, French Language,...

Previously, the school planned to completely eliminate the consideration of academic records and only consider the scores of specialized competency assessment tests independently. After the change, candidates only need to take the competency assessment test for one major subject in the group, then combine it with the average score of the three-year academic records of the other two subjects in the group to register for admission. However, the percentage of scores for the major subject may increase.

The admission method combining academic records with specialized competency assessment scores accounts for 40-50% of the school's total enrollment. The school will consider the remaining 2025 high school graduation exam scores, giving priority to specialized students and direct admission (national and international awards).

This year, Hue University of Education uses 5 admission methods, including: direct admission; considering high school graduation exam results; considering academic records; considering high school graduation exam results, cultural subject competency assessment test results with aptitude test scores; considering cultural subject competency assessment test scores organized by Ho Chi Minh City National University, Hanoi University of Education and Ho Chi Minh City University of Education.

With the method of considering academic records, the school considers this method for the Information Systems andEducational Psychology majors. Candidates use the learning results of 2 semesters of grade 11 and 2 semesters of grade 12 to register for admission with the following condition: The score of each subject in the admission subject group is the average score of that subject in 4 semesters (rounded to 1 decimal place).

Vinh University of Technical Education considers the transcripts of candidates who meet the admission threshold with a total score of 3 subjects in the 12th grade admission combination of 18 points or higher (plus priority points if any).

Tay Bac University plans to enroll 1,500 students in 25 majors, using the admission method based on academic records. The school notes that for teacher training majors, candidates must have good academic results for the entire 12th grade (academic performance ranked from excellent and above).

Admission score = Total score of 3 subjects (in the admission combination) converted + Bonus points + Priority points. (Subject score in the admission combination is the average score of that subject in grade 12).

The school is currently training in a series of pedagogical majors: Preschool Education, Primary Education, Political Education, Mathematics Pedagogy, Information Technology Pedagogy, Physics Pedagogy, Chemistry Pedagogy, Biology Pedagogy, Literature Pedagogy, History Pedagogy, Geography Pedagogy, English Pedagogy.

Hung Yen University of Technical Education announced the enrollment of 3,600 full-time university students for 25 majors, including the use of high school transcripts.

The school plans to enroll 30 students for the English Pedagogy major, and 20 students for the Technology Pedagogy and Educational Technology majors, respectively. The school notes that Pedagogy students will receive tuition subsidies and other benefits from the State according to regulations.
