It is reported that Mr. Nguyen Van Ly, born in 1948 (father of Major Nguyen Thi Ha - pen name: Nguyet Ha, officer of the CAND Newspaper's Special Topics Department, CAND Communications Department); hometown: Hung Lo commune, Viet Tri city, Phu Tho province; permanent residence: Hieu Bo hamlet, Van Thang area, Dong Luong commune, Phu Tho province passed away at 10:20 a.m. on August 1, 2025 (June 8, At Ty year), at the age of 78.

Visitation at 1:00 p.m., August 2, 2025 (Saturday). Memorial service at 7:00 a.m., August 3, 2025 (Sunday). Burial at 9:05 a.m., August 3, 2025 at Go Loa Cemetery, Van Thang, Dong Luong, Phu Tho.
