Each candidate will go through 4 parts: General understanding; preparing lectures (paper lectures, electronic lectures) and practicing lectures; organizing and maintaining Party cell (Party Committee) conferences, issuing leadership resolutions, approving offensive (defensive) combat plans of the Company Commander, Battalion Commander and the aptitude test.

The contest also contributes to learning, exchanging knowledge and experience, constantly improving political teaching skills and methods, and fulfilling assigned duties and tasks."
