According to Mr. Bao, Bao Yen district authorities received news of a terrible flash flood in Lang Nu village at around 10:15 this morning (September 10).

Because the flash flood area is far from the center, traffic is cut off, and communication is completely lost, so rescue is facing many difficulties.

At around 2:00 p.m., forces arrived at the scene, rescued 10 victims, and found the bodies of 15 people.

In the evening, authorities found the body of another buried person.
