The new law is expected to strongly promote digital transformation throughout the industry by establishing a digital platform and national information system. All research and technology development data will be digitized, connected and shared on a unified system. Units using public budgets are required to update periodically. The non-state sector is encouraged to contribute transparently and expand the data warehouse to serve the community. This platform not only supports management but is also a shared digital infrastructure, helping to shorten the time to deploy technology, promote smart hospitals, digital schools, and innovative businesses. Thereby, contributing to accelerating the national digital transformation process.
