Buying pressure at the end of the session helped the VN-Index recover more than 5 points.

On the HoSE exchange, the trading value in this session decreased sharply compared to the previous session, reaching over 16,501.24 billion VND.

Foreign investors made net purchases of 974 billion VND. On the buying side, HDB was the most bought stock (495 billion VND), followed by STB (345 billion VND), SAB (163 billion VND), MWG (130 billion VND), etc. Conversely, stocks that were heavily sold included:FPT (352 billion VND), MSN (122 billion VND), DGC (35 billion VND), VPB (34 billion VND), etc.

Today's session saw the VN30 group of stocks close with FPT down 3.03% to 127,900 VND/share, 4 stocks (HDB, MSN,VIB , VIC) slightly down, 2 stocks (TCB, VCB) remaining at the reference price, and the rest all up.

Specifically, PLX increased by 5.56% to VND 47,500/share, MWG increased by 2.36%, POW increased by 2.16%, VRE increased by 2.03%, MBB increased by 1.63%, GVR increased by 1.41%, CTG increased by 1.36%, BVH increased by 1.29%,ACB increased by 1.22%, and BID increased by 1.04%.

The remaining stocks: BCM, GAS, HPG, SAB, SHB, SSB, SSI, STB, TPB, VHM, VJC, VNM, VPB saw slight increases.

The securities sector traded quite actively and closed without any declining stocks. Specifically, AGR increased by 0.26%, APG remained unchanged, BSI increased by 2.59%, CTS by 0.49%, FTS by 0.74%, HCM by 0.77%, ORS by 1.56%, SSI by 0.59%, TVB by 0.11%, TVS by 1.89%, VCI by 1.60%, VDS by 3.11%, VIX by 2.11%, and VND by 0.65%.

Similarly, steel stocks, except for DTL which remained at the reference price, all performed well. Specifically: SMC increased by 3.51%, HSG by 2.95%, TLH by 2.69%, HMC by 2.42%, NKG by 1.61%, HPG by 0.71%, and VCA by 0.42%.

The banking sector closed the session in positive territory. Besides the VN30 group stocks ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, and VIB mentioned above, the remaining stocks were: EIB up 1.08%, LPB down 0.31%, MSB down 0.34%, and OCB up 0.34%.

Real estate stocks, after yesterday's sharp decline, have recovered, with many stocks showing strong gains such as: CCL up 5.37%, DXG up 4.44%, DXS up 6.42%, HDG up 4.97%, ITA up 4.17%, SJS up 3.93%, TDC up 6.1%, VPH up 3.37%...

* The Vietnamese stock market index fluctuated today, with the VNXALL-Index closing up 8.19 points (+0.39%) at 2,106.33 points. Total market liquidity reached 702.44 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND 19,126.20 billion. Across the market, 258 stocks increased in price, 76 remained unchanged, and 138 decreased.

* On the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), the HNX-Index closed at 242.49 points, up 1.59 points (+0.66%). Total trading volume reached over 50.02 million units, with a corresponding transaction value of over 957.42 billion VND. Across the entire exchange, there were 90 gainers, 54 unchanged stocks, and 78 losers.

The HNX30 index closed up 6.41 points (+1.21%) at 535.34 points. Trading volume reached approximately 30.16 million units, with a corresponding value of over 745.21 billion VND. Among the HNX30 stocks, 18 ended the trading day higher, 2 remained unchanged, and 10 declined.

On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index rose, closing at 97.38 points, up 0.11 points (+0.11%). Total market liquidity reached over 49.87 million shares traded, with a corresponding trading value of over 826.17 billion VND. Among UPCoM stocks, 128 ended the trading day higher, 81 remained unchanged, and 147 declined.

* On the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed up 5.78 points (+0.46%) at 1,274.44 points. Trading volume reached over 738.83 million units, equivalent to a transaction value of VND 19,100,033 billion. Across the entire exchange, there were 285 gainers, 62 unchanged stocks, and 158 losers.

The VN30 index rose 1.01 points (+0.08%) to 1,306.38 points. Trading volume reached over 304.31 million units, equivalent to a transaction value of VND 9,930.132 billion. At the end of the trading day, 22 VN30 stocks increased, 2 remained unchanged, and 6 decreased.

The five stocks with the highest trading volume were MBB (over 30.07 million units), SHB (over 21.38 million units), HPG (over 20.47 million units), POW (over 16.76 million units), and VPB (over 15.89 million units).

The five stocks with the highest price increases were CNG (6.96%), YEG (6.86%), HBC (6.58%), DXS (6.42%), and CSV (6.32%).

The five stocks with the biggest price drops were VSI (-7.00%), FDC (-6.95%), PDN (-6.69%), TMP (-6.68%), and SFG (-6.64%).

* Today's derivatives market saw 253,508 contracts traded, with a value of VND 32,899.55 billion.
