Practice the contents of the provincial defense area exercise

Thoroughly grasping the purpose and requirements of the exercise, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Exercise Organizing Committee Nguyen Van Son emphasized that the exercise process aims to bring the trainees closer to the exercise conditions, creating a basis for organizing the official exercise to achieve high results.

He requested that the roles continue to give opinions on documents, systems of documents, and materials during practice to adjust, supplement, and perfect them. For the roles, posture and style must be quick, urgent, and appropriate to the state of emergency during wartime; opinions must be brief, pay attention to the conference proceedings, and take full notes of the host's instructions.

He also requested that comrades in the training framework promote self-awareness and exemplary behavior of cadres and party members; leaders of agencies not participating in the role in the provincial training framework must inspect, urge, and participate in managing the training contents and conferences for their agencies' defense drills to achieve the best results.

He requested the Provincial Military Command to continue to guide the training frameworks of departments, branches, sectors, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio -political organizations on the content and methods of organizing training; synthesize comments and contributions, and after training, continue to adjust, supplement and complete the content of the document.

During the training, the province's training framework practiced organizing conferences on: implementing the plan to implement the state of national defense emergency; the provincial civil defense command conference approved the "adjusted" civil defense plan; the provincial Party Committee conference issued a resolution to transfer the locality to wartime.
