This is the information announced by F88 Trading Joint Stock Company on the afternoon of June 27, after the 2025 annual shareholders' meeting - the first meeting as a public company with many ambitious goals.
Notably, the proposal to distribute bonuses at a "huge" ratio of 1,200% (equivalent to 1:12 - investors who currently own 1 share will receive 12 bonus shares - increasing the total number of shares by 13 times). The capital used to distribute bonuses is taken from the capital surplus of more than 1,640 billion VND and retained earnings.
According to calculations based on F88's audited financial statements for 2024, the company's book value is currently at VND 209,000/share - very high compared to the general level of listed companies on the stock market.
Mr. Phung Anh Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of F88, said the company is working with relevant parties to determine the IPO price.
The move to distribute bonuses at a high rate helps increase the number of outstanding shares, soften the market price to make it more accessible to investors and "clear the way" for the company's publicization process.
"Issuing bonus shares from equity does not dilute the interests of existing shareholders, nor does it change the actual valuation of the company. This is an important preparation step to help F88 shares reach a wider audience of public investors. At the same time, it creates favorable conditions for revaluation when the market clearly recognizes the value and operating model of the business" - F88 representative shared.
Mr. Phung Anh Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of F88, said that the company is working with consultants and the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) to determine the listing price. The issue that the company carefully calculates is how to make the listing value meet the interests of shareholders, creating conditions for new investors to join the company.

"If the market price is high, it will limit new shareholders, if the price is low, existing shareholders will be disadvantaged. And the listing price is not entirely decided by the company's will, it needs the approval of HNX. We will announce as soon as the listing price is approved" - Mr. Tuan said.
In 2025, this financial lending chain sets an ambitious target of 33% revenue growth and 50% profit increase; continuing to expand cooperation with financial, insurance, and logistics institutions to complete the service ecosystem.
F88 currently has nearly 900 transaction points. In May, F88 was approved by the State Securities Commission to become a public company. This bonus share distribution is a strategic step in the roadmap for an initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the HOSE stock exchange in 2027.
