F88's expectations when launching a financial store designed in a banking style

(Dan Tri) - On June 20, F88 launched the digital financial store 888. This store is designed in the style of a miniature bank transaction office.

The financial store numbered 888 is located at G-Group building, 5 Nguyen Thi Due (Cau Giay, Hanoi ), where F88 is headquartered. The store is designed in an open orientation.

According to F88's explanation, this style helps communication between employees and customers become closer and clearer with a meticulous design from space to interior equipment like a miniature bank transaction room.

This new store will focus on three key products and services, including providing loans using car registration, providing personal insurance products and distributing basic retail banking services of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB).

According to this person, in the near future, if customers need to open an account, identify an account, deposit/withdraw money, pay bills... they can go to any nearest F88 store. Customers will enjoy 3 benefits including not having to travel too far because the F88 store system is widely distributed, not having to wait too long and F88 operates until 7pm every day, while bank transaction offices usually stop accepting customers at 5pm.

“Customers who do not use or are not eligible to use the MB digital banking application, are restricted by time, often leave work late, or older people who are used to direct transactions in the "see-and-go" style will benefit from this cooperation. It is expected that in 2025, the two sides will implement many other cooperation items, focusing on F88 providing alternative loans to customers introduced by MB," said a representative of F88.

The financial store with the number 888 has a new style of F88.

"This 888 financial store is a milestone marking F88's continuous efforts to develop and expand the system for 5 consecutive years. It is expected that by 2026, F88 will own 1,000 stores nationwide. In the last 6 months of 2025, we will focus on developing new products and services and optimizing the operations of existing stores. The biggest goal is to become an extension of financial institutions and banks in providing a variety of financial services to customers, especially those who do not meet banking standards," said a representative of F88 about the development plan in the coming time.

Currently, F88 is one of the leading units in the field of affordable finance in Vietnam with the main product being alternative loan packages by registering motorbikes and cars. Up to now, F88 has served millions of customers.

In addition to alternative loan packages, F88 also provides many other services such as insurance, bill payment and some other financial utilities. The traditional customers of this business are manual workers, freelancers, who do not have a bank account or do not meet the conditions for using banking services.
