Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam is a ranking of working environments in enterprises conducted annually by Anphabe - the leading consulting company on employer branding and happy working environments in Vietnam - since 2013 under the auspices of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and verified by market research company Intage Vietnam.

Conquering rigorous standards
To find the list of 100 Best Places to Work this year, Anphabe surveyed more than 73,000 respondents to measure the quality of the working environment of more than 650 businesses in 18 key industries.
Based on this result, Anphabe created a list of 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam, large enterprises and 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam, medium enterprises. As a result, F88 ranked 6th in the entire financial services industry in the ranking for medium enterprises.
Not only is F88 on the list of 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam, it is also recognized as an Enterprise with Happy Human Resources (Happiness at Work 2025) after passing 15 criteria of Anphabe.
F88 achieved a happiness index of 86%. Core factors such as consistent direction, welfare and senior leadership all scored between 87% and 92%.

Talking about the working environment at F88 at the ceremony to honor the Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2025, Mr. Nguyen Duc Dai, Deputy General Director, said: "The titles received demonstrate the philosophy that we always believe in, an organization can only truly develop sustainably when it knows how to take people as the center and corporate culture as the driving force. Mr. Dai said, “enjoying life” means building a positive working environment, “progressing” means helping each person in that environment become a better version of themselves - not only in terms of expertise but also in skills, ethics, thinking and emotions.
Progress is built on the foundation of corporate culture, which emphasizes the core values: kindness from heart to action, integrity to the end, agility to accelerate, innovation to lead. This value system is both extroverted, demonstrating responsibility to the community, partners, and customers, and introverted such as integrity, responsibility, and innovation.
These values have guided the behavior of each F88 employee and from there, they become better versions of themselves. “It is a journey of happiness, a journey to strengthen the foundation of F88-style corporate culture,” Mr. Dai commented.
Before receiving two awards for Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam and Enterprise with Happy Human Resources, in April, F88 was also named by Anphabe as Enterprise with Engaged Human Resources.
In 2024, F88 was honored by GPTW as an Excellent Workplace, Top Excellent Workplace in Vietnam and Top Excellent Workplace in Asia.
According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Dai, the above awards are recognition of the valuable working environment and corporate culture that F88 has built after 12 years of operation.
