The season is over but Man Utd's fixtures are not over yet. They have two friendlies against the Southeast Asian All-Stars in Malaysia on 28 May and the Hong Kong (China) team on 30 May.

Therefore, right after the match with Aston Villa last night (May 25), the entire Man Utd team left for Malaysia. It is known that the Red Devils received 8 million pounds for the two matches in Malaysia and Hong Kong (China).
That was a consolation for Man Utd after they suffered a 0-1 defeat to Tottenham in the Europa League final. That defeat not only cost the Red Devils the title but also prevented them from participating in the Champions League next season. In total, Man Utd could lose around 100 million pounds.
Man Utd's match against the ASEAN All-Stars will be played at the 84,000-capacity Bukit Jalil Stadium, while the Red Devils' match in Hong Kong (China) will be played at the 40,000-capacity Hong Kong Stadium.
Leading the Southeast Asian All-Stars team to the match against Man Utd is coach Kim Sang Sik. The Korean strategist has selected 4 Vietnamese players to participate: Hoang Duc, Van Vi, Duy Manh, Hai Long.

Malaysia is the team that contributes the most players to the ASEAN All-Star team with 5 players. They are Azam Azmi Murad, Adib Abdul Ra'op, Haziq Nadzli, Declan Lambert and Sergio Aguero. All 5 players are not on the list of the Malaysian team to participate in the match against the Vietnamese team in the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers taking place on June 10.
Thailand has 4 players concentrated: Worachit Kanitsribampen, Ben Davis, Patiwat Khammai, Peeradol Chamrasamee.
The remaining players from other countries in Southeast Asia are Joao Pedro (Timor Leste), Maung Maung Lwin (Myanmar) and Bounphachan Bounkong (Laos), Kan Mo, Abdel Kader Coulibaly (Cambodia), Asnawi Mangkualam, Muhammad Ferarri (Indonesia), Azwan Ali Rahman (Brunei), Irfan Fandi (Singapore).
