Manufacturer's "ghost address"
From the advertisement on the online sales channel about the milk providing nutrients, products for sick people, people who have just had surgery, at the end of April 2025, VNA reporters ordered some boxes of milk branded USAEndisure Gold and USAEnd sure Gold.
Through observation, these products have quite eye-catching labels and are easily confused with a famous brand, all with the name of the manufacturer. production date, expiry date, self-declared number of product quality... Notably, the two types of milk have the same manufacturer, "CNHB-Vietnam National Nutrition Company Limited" with production dates both in 2025, the closest being March 2, 2025. But in another milk box of the same brand, produced on September 15, 2024, expiry date September 15, 2026, the manufacturer's name is "Hoa Binh Branch CNC Minh Chung Pharmaceutical Company Limited". The address of the two companies is still "After Luong Son Industrial Park, Residential Area 1, Luong Son Town, Luong Son District, Hoa Binh Province". The phone number printed in bold on the milk box is 0243.9047555.
However, the reporter called this phone number many times but no one answered or the subscriber was "unreachable".
On May 6, 2025, a group of reporters visited the address of Resettlement Area 1, Luong Son Town, Luong Son District, Hoa Binh Province and noted that there was no signboard with the names of the two companies above. On the main axis of Resettlement Area 1, there is currently only one facility with a signboard "Hoa Binh Branch - Vietnam - UK International Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company Truong Dai Hung". However, this company is hanging a sign temporarily suspending production to repair and upgrade the factory.
"There is only one company around here. We don't know what it produces, we only know that the company was established here, and its production is very secretive. People only know about it from the outside, they can't know what it produces inside," that is the information that Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich, Head of Residential Group No. 4, Resettlement Area 1 shared with the group of reporters.
Through the introduction of the Office of the People's Committee of Luong Son town, we met Mr. Vu Van Bong, Head of Lien Son Sub-area, Luong Son town to verify more information. Mr. Vu Van Bong took us back to Resettlement Area 1, after looking at the USAEndsure Gold and USAEndisure Gold products as well as hearing information about the address printed on the box, Mr. Bong confirmed that there was no company in the area with such a sign.
Mr. Vu Van Bong also helped us connect by phone with Mr. Duong Van Long, Head of the Security and Order Team at the facility. When asked about the names of the two companies Minh Chung and Vietnam National Nutrition, Mr. Long confirmed that there were no such company signs in the area.
The production address of these two companies is still unknown, although the milk products were only produced a few months ago, most recently on March 2, 2025 as stated on the box.
Company ceased operations two years ago - Products still on the market
We also have another milk product that has been sold on the market, Ensuremax Aquamin F. The unit responsible for the product and distribution is BF GLOBAL Joint Stock Company, located at Lot BT 10, An Phat Urban Area, Dong Huong Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam. Looking up the tax code of BF GLOBAL Joint Stock Company shows that this company is registered to operate in the fields of real estate, construction materials, wholesale and retail of food such as canned milk powder and dairy products, retail of canned milk powder and dairy products in specialized stores...
According to information extracted from the National Database on Business Registration that we received at the end of April 2025, BF GLOBAL Joint Stock Company announced a temporary suspension of business for both 2024 and 2025, citing ineffective operations. Although the company has temporarily suspended operations, the company's products are still available on the market with the production date recorded as December 20, 2024 (13:52). To clarify information about this milk product, the reporter contacted the phone number 0769849888 printed on the milk carton, and two people, a man and a woman, took turns answering, saying that this phone number was not related to the Ensuremax Aquamin F brand. "I bought this phone number a long time ago... from the end of last year (end of 2023), around May or June," according to the male voice on the phone.
The group of reporters also verified the production address printed on the box of Ensuremax Aquamin F milk in My Noi village, Bac Hong commune, Dong Anh district, Hanoi city but could not find the NCT3 Food High-tech Food Production Company as shown on the box. According to information provided by Mr. Ngo Ngoc Anh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Hong commune, Dong Anh, Hanoi, there is currently no company with that name in the area, the case is under investigation, the company's signboard no longer exists, and the business owner has been arrested. "I saw my colleagues report that they were arrested last year," Mr. Anh said over the phone.
Also the product Ensuremax Aquamin F, another address shows the manufacturing unit is THL Pharmaceutical Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as THL Company). However, at noon on April 21, 2025, the building at 126 Tran Vy did not have a sign of THL Company; the reporter asked the security guard and was directed to the 3rd floor of the building. When the reporter went up, he learned that there was a representative office of a company TSL - a Logistics transportation company, not THL Company.
