MB issues 1.9 trillion VND in bonds.

SKĐS - Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) announced the successful sale of 3 bond codes from May 28th to June 2nd with a total value of VND 1,900 billion.

The bond codes issued by MB include: MBB12605, MBB12611, and MBB12610.

The MBB12605 issuance includes 15,000 bonds with a face value of VND 100 million per bond. The total issuance value at face value is VND 1,500 billion.

The MBB12605 bond was issued on May 28, 2026 and matures on May 28, 2036 - a 10-year term.

The MBB12611 bond has a volume of 1,000 bonds with a face value of VND 100 million per bond and a total value of VND 100 billion, issued on May 29, 2026 and maturing on May 29, 2036 - a 10-year term.

The MBB12610 bond issue comprises 3,000 bonds with a face value of VND 100 million per bond, totaling VND 300 billion. The bonds were successfully offered on May 28, 2026, and mature on May 28, 2031 – a 5-year term.

Thus, from May 28th to June 2nd, the company offered a total of 1,900 billion VND in bonds.

The aforementioned bonds are subject to redemption based on compliance with relevant legal regulations, including but not limited to guaranteeing safety ratios and limits.

The issuer has the right to request, but is not obligated to, repurchase all outstanding bonds on the early redemption date as requested by the issuer...

Additionally, the bond terms also stipulate conditions for redemption upon the bondholder's request or redemption by agreement between the issuer and the bondholder.
