Mbappe scores a super goal, Real Madrid faces PSG in the semi-finals

Real Madrid beat Dortmund 3-2 after a dramatic chase in extra time. Despite leading 2-0 early, Xabi Alonso's team still had to brace themselves against the opponents' rise to win a ticket to the FIFA Club World Cup semi-finals against PSG.

Real Madrid started the match strongly against Dortmund, continuously pressing from the first minutes.

With the dynamism of Guler, Gonzalo Garcia and Fran Garcia, the Spanish Royal team quickly dominated the game and continuously created dangerous situations in front of the opponent's goal.

For the rest of the first half, Real was still in control of the game. If Vinicius or Bellingham had taken better advantage, the gap could have been up to 4-0.

In the second half, Real took the initiative to slow down the tempo and retreat, giving the game to Dortmund. It was thought that the match would end peacefully, but in the 90+2 minute, Beier shortened the score to 1-2. However, just 2 minutes later, Mbappe scored a superb volley to help Real re-establish the gap.

In the 90+8 minute, Huijsen received a red card after a foul in the penalty area, creating conditions for Guirassy to score from the 11m mark.

That was all Dortmund could muster, though. Real won 3-2 and booked their place in the FIFA Club World Cup semi-finals, where they will face PSG. It was an interesting encounter as Mbappe got the chance to face his former team.
