Meta AI, one of the world's leading AI assistants, has officially launched for Vietnamese users on platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and meta.ai.

On April 10th, Meta Group announced that Meta AI has officially launched in Vietnam on WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and meta.ai.

With over 700 million monthly active users, Meta AI is currently the most popular AI assistant in the world , available in 42 countries and supporting 13 languages, including Vietnamese.

Meta AI is built on the Meta Llama 3.2 model and is completely free to access. Users in Vietnam can use Meta AI on WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram to complete tasks, learn, create content, and connect. Users can also easily access Meta AI on their computer browser at meta.ai and log in to save their conversation history.

Meta AI is now integrated with search tools on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger, allowing users to access and search for information instantly.

Users can easily access Meta AI on their Facebook feed and request additional relevant information from the post. For example, upon seeing a photo of the aurora borealis in Iceland, users can ask Meta AI about the best times of year to view this spectacular natural phenomenon.

Meta AI is also continuously improving its image creation feature, allowing users to convert text into images almost instantly through the Imagine function. Additionally, users can add motion effects or create GIFs to share with friends.

In addition to Meta AI, Meta also introduced its AI Studio tool in Vietnam, allowing users to create and explore AI characters. Content creators can build AIs to represent themselves and interact with their followers on Meta's platforms. These AIs will be approved and fully managed by the creators themselves.

Also this week, Meta announced the release of Llama 4 17B Omni, its latest open-source model for multimodal text and image processing, delivering superior performance at half the computational cost of the 70B model. Vietnamese is one of the first languages ​​in the world that Llama 4 supports.
