The news of Tran Minh Vuong leaving HAGL has been around for a long time. But now, the midfielder from Thai Binh has officially confirmed that he will leave the mountain town team after the 2024-2025 season ends. In an emotional sharing, the player born in 1995 could not hide his choking when saying goodbye to the team he has been with for nearly two decades, from when he was a boy to adulthood.

"To be honest, I was prepared, but my mood right now is hard to describe," Minh Vuong opened the sharing session. The midfielder born in 1995 expressed: "And today, after nearly 18 years with HAGL, I have decided to leave after this season ends."

"Leaving HAGL is not to seek titles"

According to Minh Vuong, the decision to leave was not to seek glory or titles, but to start a new journey in his career and life. He affirmed that the time wearing the HAGL shirt was the greatest pride of his football career. "As I have shared many times, to prepare for the future as well as to gain more experience in work, I decided to leave. My leaving was not to seek any titles or success. Because I know for sure that there is no title or success equal to the happiness and pride of playing for HAGL for all those years," Minh Vuong emphasized.

Growing up from the HAGL training center, Minh Vuong is one of the typical faces of the generation of young players who are well-trained and loved by Pleiku fans. Over the years, the midfielder from Thai Binh has overcome many difficulties to assert his position in the first team, becoming a symbol of perseverance and commitment.

"I'm not sure if HAGL is my second home. But I'm sure of one thing, from the day I joined HAGL until now, I have received a lot of help from my uncles, teachers, and seniors in the club. I have grown up to be who I am today thanks to HAGL", the midfielder born in 1995 expressed.

Minh Vuong also did not forget to send his gratitude to HAGL fans, who have accompanied him and the team throughout his youth. Although he did not win major titles with HAGL, the 30-year-old midfielder believes that the current generation of young players of the mountain town team will continue their unfinished dream.

Closing his sharing, Minh Vuong especially mentioned Mr. Duc, who had a great influence on his career: "Let me send my most sincere thanks to Mr. Duc, who always prioritized me, giving me the opportunity to serve the team until today."
