On the afternoon of October 3, at the Vietnam Young Business Leaders Forum (VYBS) - "The New Leaders: AI WAVE", Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of MISA Nguyen Xuan Hoang shared about the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to help MISA and businesses improve productivity in the context of strong technology development and increasingly fierce market competition.

To do this, MISA has successfully researched and developed the MISA AVA artificial intelligence assistant integrated into the MISA AMIS unified enterprise management platform to support all activities in the enterprise. The MISA AMIS platform includes more than 40 specialized applications, helping businesses comprehensively digitally transform core operations such as: Finance - Accounting, Marketing - Sales, Human Resources, Digital Office.

For the business sector, MISA AVA assistant is a solution that helps sales staff save 2 hours per day thanks to the ability to automate work such as automatically drafting quotation emails, building customer approach scenarios, taking notes of important information during the exchange process with customers, thereby increasing the rate of successful sales.
In the field of accounting, MISA AVA assistant helps increase productivity by 5 times, and has the ability to analyze financial data deeply and multi-dimensionally, helping business owners better understand the structure of revenue and expenditure, profits and business trends, thereby supporting analysis and forecasting, helping businesses make strategic decisions based on data, improve operational efficiency and enhance competitiveness.
In the customer care field, MISA AMIS assistant automatically processes support requests from customers 24/7. In the first 6 months of 2024, MISA AVA supported the reception of 400,000 conversations and 1.3 million questions from customers, increasing the rate and shortening the support time, helping customers have a more convenient and optimal product experience.
Additionally, this AI assistant automates workflows saving 70% of time and reducing errors.
Although there are more than 40 different applications, the applications in the MISA AMIS platform are closely connected to each other, reducing overlap and waste in the enterprise.
