(PLVN) - The match between the Vietnamese women's team and Werder Bremen Club will be open to the public.

VFF said that the match between the Vietnam women's team and Werder Bremen women's club will be open to the public at Hang Day Stadium, Hanoi. Currently, major fan clubs such as the Vietnam Football Fan Club (VFS), Hanoi Fans, Hanoi Police, Hai Phong, Nam Dinh , The Cong, Thanh Hoa... are ready to "fuel" the two teams. The VFS fan club will bring the flag to the stadium to create a more exciting atmosphere, adding more spiritual strength to coach Mai Duc Chung and his team.

The referee team in charge of the match includes: Main referee Supiree Testhomya (Thailand), assistant referee number 1 Ha Thi Phuong ( Hai Phong ), assistant referee number 2 Nguyen Thi Hang Nga (Ho Chi Minh City), and fourth referee Bui Thi Thu Trang (Hai Phong). All 4 referees are FIFA and Elite AFC referees.

Coach Mai Duc Chung said the friendly match with a strong team like Werder Bremen will bring useful experiences for Vietnamese players to prepare for goals in 2025.

“We will learn a lot about expertise, especially the young players in the squad. I will arrange a harmonious arrangement between experienced players and young players in this match, so that the new players can get used to the style of play. The goal of the Vietnamese team is still to learn, the whole team will compete with high determination to bring about the best results” – Coach Mai Duc Chung said.

The match will take place at 7:00 p.m. tonight (May 16).

According to the registration, the Vietnamese women's team will take the field in their traditional red uniform, while the Werder Bremen women's club will play in their familiar green jersey.
