32 local households participated in building a model of growing hybrid corn (NK7328 Bt/GT) biomass on a scale of 28 hectares. People were supported with 70% of the cost of buying seeds, materials, fertilizers, and pesticides. Hundreds of households inside and outside the commune were trained and guided on farming techniques. As a result, the model was evaluated as successful by functional units and people, suitable for climate conditions, land, and farming capacity.

Currently, people have harvested corn, the average yield is 56 tons/ha/crop, exceeding the project's target by 6 tons/ha/crop. With a selling price of 750 VND/kg, the total income is 42 million VND/ha/crop; minus the cost of 33 million VND/ha/crop, the profit is 9 million VND/ha/crop (within 3 months), higher than the control model, mass production by about 17.24% in economic efficiency. The project has also linked with businesses to consume 100% of the model's products.
