Nearly 2 billion VND for children in special and difficult circumstances in Tuyen Quang province on the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival

On the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival 2025, on the evening of October 2, at Trung Son Secondary School, Trung Son Commune, the Vietnam Children's Fund in collaboration with the Social Work Center and the Children's Fund of Tuyen Quang Province organized the program "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival" for children in special and difficult circumstances in the province.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Children's Fund, presented nearly 2 billion VND to the Social Work Center and the Children's Fund of Tuyen Quang province.

This is a highlight program in the series of Mid-Autumn Festival activities this year of the Vietnam Children's Fund, clearly demonstrating the deep concern and social responsibility of the Vietnam Children's Fund as well as sponsors for children.

Enterprises give gifts to students of Trung Son Primary and Secondary School.

Within the framework of the program, the delegation presented scholarships, bicycles, candies, milk, supplements, warm clothes, built happy houses, bridges, and supported clean water wells for nearly 4,500 children in disadvantaged areas of Tuyen Quang province. The total value of the program was nearly 2 billion VND, mobilized by the Vietnam Children's Fund from philanthropists, organizations, companies, and businesses.

The organizers presented 20 bicycles to students of Trung Son Secondary School with especially difficult circumstances.

The organizing committee awarded 50 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND, to students of Trung Son commune.

Tonight alone, the Vietnam Children's Fund presented scholarships, bicycles, candy, milk, and warm clothes worth 362 million VND to students of Trung Son Primary and Secondary School.
