Intensive training on propaganda, mass mobilization and digital transformation

On the morning of December 5, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department organized an intensive training conference on propaganda, mass mobilization and digital transformation for cadres in charge of Party building work at the commune level. The conference was attended by nearly 200 trainees who are leaders and civil servants of the Party Building Department in charge of propaganda and mass mobilization work in the communes.

The conference focused on conveying key topics, including: Overview of the Party's propaganda and mass mobilization work in the current situation, associated with the requirements of innovating leadership methods and political tasks of the province; Political theory education and revolutionary tradition education at the grassroots level, focusing on methods of communication and theoretical training for cadres, party members and people; Implementing democracy at the grassroots level, promoting the people's supervisory role, strengthening social consensus; Mass mobilization work in ethnic minority and religious areas, requiring a firm grasp of the area, doing a good job of religious and ethnic work; Oral propaganda work, grasping and orienting public opinion; activities of the Steering Committee to protect the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views; Science and technology work at the grassroots level; coordination tasks in implementing policies on education, health, science and technology; Cultural and artistic work at the grassroots level, promoting the building of a healthy cultural environment; Building a model of "Skilled Mass Mobilization", a method of grasping the people's situation, and replicating effective examples.

Trainees were also imparted knowledge on applying digital transformation in propaganda and mass mobilization work, especially exploiting Zalo OA "TG&DV Tuyen Quang " to serve the tasks of propaganda, information management and interaction with the people.

The conference aims to improve the qualifications, skills and working methods of grassroots propaganda and mass mobilization cadres, helping them grasp the Party's viewpoints and policies; enhance the capacity to forecast and handle situations; and proactively apply digital transformation in propaganda activities and grasp public opinion. This is an urgent requirement in the context that the whole province is continuing to implement the 2-level local government model and promoting administrative reform and digital transformation in the political system.
