Reporting at the working session, the leaders of Thanh Tung commune said that in recent times, aquaculture in the commune has developed quite well; transfer, application of science, technology and digital transformation have been paid attention to; education and training have had many positive changes; social security policies, poverty reduction, vocational training, and job creation have been implemented quite well; security and politics in the commune are stable; the work of protecting and taking care of people's health has always been of interest to the Party Committee and People's Committee of the commune and implemented closely; many effective production models have been deployed and replicated. The work of building the Party, political system, government, front and socio-political organizations has achieved many positive results.

The Commune Party Committee has led and directed the issuance of programs and plans, organized the implementation and dissemination of the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress and the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 to cadres, party members and people.

Speaking at the working session, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lu Quang Ngoi highly appreciated the efforts, endeavors and achievements of Thanh Tung commune in the past time; at the same time, he requested the commune political system to change its working mindset, promote the proactive role of the commune level in the 2-level local government model; focus on perfecting the organizational apparatus, arranging suitable job positions, ensuring that positions have sufficient capacity to meet task requirements; pay attention to the work of building the Party and a strong enough political system; promote the spirit of solidarity and high unanimity in leadership, direction and operation.
