Lam Dong Young Entrepreneurs Association trains businesses on using AI

On October 2, the Lam Dong Young Entrepreneurs Association coordinated with the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat to organize an intensive training course on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in business management and development.

The training course attracted more than 150 small and medium enterprises and business households in Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat to participate. Thereby, businesses were equipped with knowledge about AI - one of the main technology trends of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution and how to apply it to improve management efficiency, increase labor productivity, optimize customer care and develop multi-channel business.

The training course is systematically designed with key contents such as: Introducing basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and common applications in business; instructions on using AI chatbots for 24/7 customer care; applying AI in market data analysis and forecasting consumer trends.

Trainees exchanged a lot of useful content when participating in the training class.

At the training course, businesses had the opportunity to interact directly with technology experts, experience practical AI solutions, and discuss the difficulties and challenges encountered in the digital transformation process at their units.

The representative of the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat emphasized that the coordination in organizing the training course not only demonstrates the locality's interest and support in supporting businesses to improve their competitiveness and sustainable development, but is also an important breakthrough in effectively implementing the national digital transformation program right from the grassroots level.
